How does the 100% Match Bonus work?

When you purchase any Gold Coin package that includes Sweeps Coins, you instantly receive a 100% match as Unplayed SC!

Example:

Buy a package with 50 SC for $50

→ You get 50 Redeemable SC + 50 Unplayed SC = 100 SC total

How do I use my Unplayed SC?

Use your Unplayed SC to play at partner portals (like JUWA, Fire Kirin, Orion Stars). You can "recharge" (deposit) your Unplayed SC from your PlayProSweeps wallet to your game portal account. When you win and want to redeem those winnings back, they return as Redeemable SC (if you have purchase history).

Can I redeem Unplayed SC directly for prizes?

No. Unplayed SC is for gameplay at partner portals. To make Unplayed SC redeemable, you need to:

  1. Recharge (deposit) Unplayed SC to a game portal
  2. Play and win at the portal
  3. Redeem (claim) your winnings back to PlayProSweeps
  4. Portal winnings return as Redeemable SC (for users with purchase history)

Step 1: Purchase Gold Coins

You purchase Gold Coins (GC) for entertainment. Some packages include promotional Sweeps Coins (SC) as a bonus. When you buy a package with SC, you receive a 100% match as Unplayed SC instantly.

Example: Buy $50 package → Get 50,000 GC + 50 SC + 50 Unplayed SC (100% match)

Step 2: Play at Partner Portals

Use your Unplayed SC to "recharge" (deposit) into partner game portals like JUWA, Fire Kirin, or Orion Stars. This SC is for gameplay only and not directly redeemable for prizes.

Your Unplayed SC balance decreases, but you can play at the portal.

Step 3: Win and Redeem Back

When you win at a partner portal, you can "redeem" (withdraw) your winnings back to PlayProSweeps. Portal winnings return as Redeemable SC, which is eligible for prize redemption (subject to purchase history and verification).

Your Redeemable SC balance increases based on verified portal winnings.

Step 4: Redeem for Prizes

Once you have Redeemable SC and meet eligibility requirements (KYC verification + purchase history), you can redeem for cash prizes via PayPal, gift cards, or other reward options.

The 5x Balance Requirement

To redeem Redeemable SC for prizes, your balance must reach 5x your total deposit amount.

For Purchasers:

If you've deposited $20 total to game portals, your balance must reach $100 before you can redeem for cash prizes.

Example: $20 deposited × 5 = $100 minimum balance required • Once your balance reaches $100+, you can redeem 100% for cash

For Non-Purchasers:

Same 5x balance requirement applies, but only 10% of your redemption is eligible for cash prizes.

Example: If you have 100 Redeemable SC from free bonuses/AMOE, you can redeem up to 10 SC (10%) for cash

Important: Account Must Be <1 Credit Before Recharging

All players must reduce their game portal balance to less than 1 credit before recharging (depositing) more SC. This applies to everyone and ensures proper tracking of gameplay cycles.

Why? This requirement ensures compliance with sweepstakes regulations by demonstrating that prizes are based on actual gameplay outcomes and maintaining proper purchase-to-prize ratios.

What About Gold Coins?

Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment only and have no cash value. They are used exclusively for gameplay at partner portals and cannot be redeemed for prizes. You purchase GC packages, and any SC included is a promotional bonus.

  2. Your recharge request goes to our admin team for processing
  3. An admin will fund your game account with the requested amount
  4. You'll receive an email notification when your deposit is confirmed

How do game claims work?

When you redeem Sweeps Coins from a game portal:

  1. Submit a redeem request with the amount you want to withdraw from the game
  2. An admin will verify your actual game balance
  3. Once verified, the SC will be transferred from the game to your main wallet
