Bonus & Promotional Credits Policy

1. Overview

PlayProSweeps may issue various forms of bonus, promotional, or reward-based virtual credits to eligible users ("Promotional Credits"). These Promotional Credits are intended solely for entertainment gameplay and promotional participation on the PlayProSweeps platform.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

• Gold Coins (GC): Entertainment-only credits. Cannot win prizes. Sometimes bonus GC may be issued as part of promotions.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional credits that may be used to play Sweepstakes games for the chance to win redeemable prizes. SC may never be purchased directly.
• Bonus SC: SC issued through promotions, events, streaks, referrals, or other platform-driven incentives, not tied to a purchase.
• Reward Programs: Any structured promotional system (e.g., daily login streaks, milestone rewards, seasonal bonuses).
• Referral Rewards: Credits issued for referring new users who meet specific qualifying criteria.

3. No Cash Value & No Redemption Rights

Promotional Credits:

• Do not have any cash or monetary value.
• Are not redeemable for prizes, money, cash equivalents, or withdrawals.
• Do not count toward minimum redemption thresholds.
• Are not a deposit, stored value, or financial instrument.

4. Promotional Credits Are Not Guaranteed

All Promotional Credits are issued at the sole discretion of PlayProSweeps. We may:

• Refuse to issue Promotional Credits
• Change the amount issued
• Limit who is eligible
• Modify or end a promotion at any time
• Correct erroneous or duplicated credit grants

5. Non-Transferability

Promotional Credits may not be transferred, sold, traded, bartered, gifted, pooled, or exchanged between accounts, whether inside or outside the platform.

Attempting to transfer Promotional Credits will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of the credits
• Possible account suspension
• Possible voiding of SC or winnings obtained through abusive activity

6. Expiration

PlayProSweeps may assign expiration dates to Promotional Credits.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional Credits expire 30 days after issuance.
• Expired credits are automatically removed and cannot be restored.

7. Abuse, Exploitation & Fraud Prevention

PlayProSweeps reserves the right to revoke Promotional Credits, void winnings, or suspend accounts where abuse is suspected, including:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Using VPNs, emulators, bots, scripts, or automation
• Rapid creation/closure "bonus hopping"
• Attempting to exploit streak resets by device swapping
• Referral farming or fake self-referrals
• Purposely triggering system errors for extra credits
• Mass-mailing AMOE requests in bad faith to stack bonuses
• Chargeback abuse tied to bonus incentives

8. Daily Login Rewards & Streak Bonuses

Daily login rewards — including GC, SC, or a mix — are considered Promotional Credits. These must:

• Follow per-user/per-household limits
• Not be obtained through automated means
• Not be reset or manipulated artificially
• Not exceed AMOE equivalency (see section 10)

9. Referral Bonuses

Referral rewards may be offered, but:

• Only valid when the referred user is unique, verified, and in good standing
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and VPN-created accounts void referral bonuses
• Referral rewards may require minimum activity or KYC verification

10. AMOE Equivalency Assurance

To comply with sweepstakes law:

This means:

• Promotional SC amounts may be capped to match non-purchase availability
• Seasonal or bonus SC must remain "reasonably attainable" by non-paying users
• Any high-value promotional SC must have an AMOE-accessible equivalent opportunity

11. Revocation of Promotional Credits

PlayProSweeps may revoke or adjust Promotional Credits for reasons including:

• Account suspension
• Fraud detection
• KYC failure
• Chargebacks
• Terms or Rules violations
• Errors, glitches, or system malfunctions
• Policy updates or compliance adjustments

Removal of Promotional Credits does not entitle the user to compensation of any kind.

12. Changes to This Policy

PlayProSweeps may modify this Policy at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, or security reasons. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
