Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:

• Are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence
• Have a verified PlayProSweeps account in good standing

One (1) account is permitted per person and per household. Accounts may not be shared. PlayProSweeps LLC ("Sponsor") may restrict or close accounts that share names, addresses, devices, payment methods, IP addresses, or other identifiers where abuse is suspected. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to participate.

3. Definitions

• "Day" means the 24-hour period from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Central Time (CT). Daily limits for login rewards and AMOE entries are applied using CT.
• "Gold Coins" or "GC" are virtual entertainment-only credits that hold no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes, and exist solely for gameplay without the possibility of winning real-world prizes.
• "Sweeps Coins" or "SC" are promotional credits that hold no direct monetary value but may be used to play designated Sweepstakes games for the chance to win prizes redeemable for cash, subject to these Rules. Each individual play of a Sweepstakes game using SC constitutes a separate, independent promotional Sweepstakes event under these Rules.

4. Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are issued for entertainment purposes only. GC cannot be redeemed for prizes, have no cash value, and do not represent a deposit, account balance, or store of value. GC may be obtained through purchases, login rewards, promotions, or other methods determined by Sponsor.

GC are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged, including for SC or for real money, whether within or outside the Platform.

5. Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins are promotional credits that may be used to play designated Sweepstakes games for the chance to win prizes. SC themselves have no direct monetary value and are not purchased; they may be obtained only through non-purchase methods and as bonus allocations associated with certain GC purchases, or through other promotional channels determined by Sponsor.

SC cannot be purchased directly, transferred, sold, traded, gifted, pooled between accounts, or used to purchase GC. SC do not represent property, a balance, or a right of any kind beyond the limited, revocable license to use them for Sweepstakes gameplay under these Rules. Sponsor may adjust, revoke, or forfeit SC in cases including but not limited to fraud, chargebacks, violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service, account sharing, or failure to complete required verification.

6. Daily Login Rewards

Sponsor may offer daily login rewards that grant GC, SC, or a combination thereof to eligible users who log into their accounts during a Day. Daily login rewards may be structured as progressive rewards over consecutive Days. These rewards are considered non-purchase methods of obtaining SC.

The maximum amount of SC that may be obtained by a user through daily login rewards or other non-purchase methods over a defined period is used to determine SC amounts awarded via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), such that non-purchasing users have a fair and equivalent opportunity to participate in the Sweepstakes.

7. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-In Only

To obtain SC without purchase or login, eligible individuals may use the mail-in Alternative Method of Entry. Full AMOE instructions are provided on the Alternative Free Entry (AMOE) page, which forms part of these Rules.

8. Multiple Accounts, Devices, VPN, and Fraud Prevention

Each person and each household is permitted only one (1) PlayProSweeps account. Sponsor may use device identifiers, IP data, payment methods, and other signals to detect multiple accounts. A single account may be accessed from multiple personal devices; however, multiple accounts may not be accessed from the same device in a way that suggests abuse or evasion of limits.

Sponsor may void GC, SC, and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an account or player is engaging in fraud, collusion, AMOE abuse, chargebacks, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other conduct inconsistent with fair play and these Rules.

9. Prizes, Redemption, and Expiration

Prizes may be won only through valid gameplay using SC. To redeem prizes, players must meet minimum redemption thresholds and complete all verification requirements requested by Sponsor, which may include identity, age, and address verification and submission of tax forms where required.

Winners must complete all requested verification steps within thirty (30) days of Sponsor's request. Failure to complete verification within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and associated SC. SC associated with an account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may expire and be removed from the account at Sponsor's discretion.

10. Odds of Winning and Randomness

The odds of winning a prize in any Sweepstakes game depend on the number of SC used in that game and the total number of eligible entries in that game or pool. Outcomes of Sweepstakes games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or other randomizing mechanism. Sponsor may use third-party providers to supply RNG services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for lost mail, technical failures, unauthorized access, printing errors, or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, prize amount, and date of winning, in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.

13. Disputes, Arbitration, and Governing Law

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Illinois, USA under the Federal Arbitration Act. These Rules and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

14. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, these Rules, gameplay features, reward structures, or any related promotion at any time and for any reason, including to address fraud, technical issues, legal or regulatory requirements, or changes in business operations.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Rules are final and binding. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
